I once had an install of raw unfinished herringbone that had several inlays of gold Schulter. When my stain and finish guy went to stain the floors black, he also stained the gold Schluter. The client being a very high end person and I agreed that we would need to go back and replace all of the Schulter that was then black. I had my installers go back and meticulously pick up the old Schluter and place back in new without having to replace the floor. After that I earned 2 jobs from both owners of the bar, installing new flooring in their personal homes.
