Kristi WarnerBusiness BrokerThe Power of One is BNI's monthly scorecard for every member. It measures the five habits that make a referral chapter work, and it draws on the last six months of chapter activity — so it rewards consistency, not a good week.
| Commitment | Monthly goal | Points |
|---|---|---|
| Attendance | Every meeting | 20 |
| Referrals | Four qualified referrals | 20 |
| One-to-ones | Four meetings with fellow members | 20 |
| Visitors | One guest brought to a meeting | 20 |
| Education (CEUs) | Four hours of networking education | 20 |
| Perfect score | 100 |
A perfect 100 means every commitment was met in full, every month, for six months running. It isn't a streak of good luck — it's a member who shows up, gives referrals, builds relationships, brings guests, and keeps learning. Members who hit 100 on the latest report wear the gold medallion on their profile.

Accountability isn't optional here — attendance, referral activity, and closed business are tracked, and the Power of One is how we keep score. That structure is why our results are real: over $6 million in closed business passed, including a $2.4M single referral. The 100 Club is the proof, one member at a time.
Power of One scores are published monthly by BNI and refreshed here when each report is released. Individual scores are private; only members who reach 100 are recognized.
